With 10 years of experience working as an external auditor (including an official internship at the Supreme Audit Institution of the EU Member State), Giorgi is currently employed to improve the quality assurance of auditing in the public sector. He is a graduate of the following American and European scholarship programs:

The Lane Kirkland Scholarships (Polish-American Freedom Foundation)

The Summer Academy for Young Professionals (Swedish Institute)

The Matra Rule of Training Programme (Netherlands Helsinki Committee)

He has published papers in scientific conference proceedings both in Georgia and abroad (Germany, Poland, the Netherlands). Giorgi is a student of doctoral program at the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
