Natia Gotsadze — Doctor of Public Administration (Ph.D.), Professor, Founder and Rector of Alterbridge University. Expert, trainer, and consultant with 20 years of experience in corporate communications, strategic development, and organizational management.

Education:

· Doctor of Public Administration — Georgian Technical University

· Master’s Degree in Humanitarian Sciences — Georgian Technical University

· Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism — Humanitarian-Technical Institute

Academic Activities:

· Author of numerous scientific studies, manuals, and readers, including: “The Role of Strategic Communication in the Information Era”, “Introduction to Public Relations”, “Effective Communication, Cooperation, and Teamwork for Public Servants”

· Teaching courses in strategic communication, public relations, interpersonal communication, and organizational behavior

· Research on the interaction between labor and education markets, integrated into the university’s strategic development framework

· Collaboration with international organizations through participation in educational and research projects

· Consultant and business trainer in the public, private, and non-governmental sectors
