Library

The university library is committed to making all of its material and digital resources accessible, flexible, and diverse for academic staff and all students.

The library’s collection consists of mandatory literature required for the implementation of the university’s educational programs, as well as general reference publications, scientific and fiction literature, digital media, and digital units. The library fund is replenished through acquisitions, donations, and library units provided within the framework of partnerships.

The library’s resources are available to all university employees, academic staff, and students.

After the technical upgrade, all users of the USD Library will have unlimited access to the library databases through a single individual access code. Interested users should contact the library staff to obtain their personal code. After a brief instruction, they will be able to use this service independently.

e-Duke Journals Scholarly Collection – It covers the following fields: Art History, Cultural Studies, Pedagogy, Philosophy, Gender Studies, International, Regional and Religious Studies, and Sociological Theory.

Edward Elgar Publishing Journals and Development Studies e-books –Journals are presented in the fields of humanities and economics. The books cover studies in public and social administration, corporate governance, migration, infrastructure development, and intellectual property.

European Respiratory Journal

Clinical and Experimental Medicine – Articles are presented in the fields of biology, epidemiology, immunology, oncology, and others. At this stage, the journal’s impact factor is 12.339.

IMechE Journals – It is presented on the SAGE publishing platform. The main focus of the journals is mechanical engineering. Engineering journals cover various fields.

Mathematical Sciences Publishers Journals – It includes 17 peer-reviewed journals in mathematics and related disciplines. The main fields are mathematics, mechanics, and engineering.

Openedition Journals – French-language journals are presented in the fields of humanities and social sciences. An English-language interface is also available. A small number of articles are simultaneously published in English, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese.
