The European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST) is a funding organisation for the creation of research networks, called COST Actions. These networks offer an open space for collaboration among scientists across Europe (and beyond) and thereby give impetus to research advancements and innovation.
From Alterbridge, researcher Ani Zurashvili has joined COST Action called Multi-Disciplinary Innovation (MDI) for Social Change. The following research questions will be addressed during four years of research.
• How can HEIs stimulate and enable Multi Disciplinary Innovation (MDI) and the development of efficient, equitable and evidence-based public policies?
• How can HEIs equip their students (and other learners) with the knowledge and skills necessary to engage with and respond to 21st century challenges and opportunities?
• How can various stakeholders (academia, private and public sector institutions and end-users) be more actively engaged in developing changes in education to support MDI
