Alterbridge University invites you to participate in the Scientific Conference to be held on December 16, 2025.

Purpose

The main goal of the conference is to foster the integration of knowledge and practical experience by encouraging research based on the close connection between education, society, and the labor market. This approach reflects the university’s long-term vision and emphasizes Alterbridge’s positioning as a “bridge” between education, employment, and personal development.

The conference provides an opportunity for representatives in the fields of communication, psychology, and management to share both academic knowledge and practical insights.

Participation

The conference is open to academic staff, researchers, doctoral candidates, and master’s students from higher education institutions.

Requirements:

• Language: Georgian or English (abstract and keywords in both languages)

• Abstract: 250–300 words, 5–7 keywords

• Full paper structure: Introduction; Theoretical Framework/Literature Review; Methodology; Findings/Results; Discussion; Conclusion/Recommendations; References

• All papers will undergo plagiarism screening.

Selected papers will be published in Alterbridge University’s electronic peer-reviewed scientific journal “Challenges of Modern Science” (online, open access).
