The strategic documents of Alterbridge University aim to define the essential objectives for the university’s development and to outline effective ways to achieve them. They are based on local and global labor market trends, align with the vision of the Ministry of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia, and comply with the authorization standards for higher education institutions.
Strategic planning seeks to determine the directions of organizational development in a long-term perspective, identify available resources, and take into account the needs of employers as well as surrounding factors.
The present documents establish the sustainable development plan of the University and are focused on the following directions:
- Goal #1 – Raising public awareness and strengthening reputation management.
- Goal #2 – Designing and developing educational programs tailored to the needs of local and international labor markets.
- Goal #3 – Supporting student learning, personal development, and self-realization.
- Goal #4 – Promoting research activities.
- Goal #5 – Enhancing the quality assurance system.
- Goal #6 – Improving organizational management and developing human resources.
- Goal #7 – Supporting the process of internationalization.
- Goal #8 – Developing material and technical infrastructure.
- Goal #9 – Ensuring financial sustainability.
