Cheat Sheet “Shpargalka”
“Alterbridge” and “Algorythm” jointly held meetings for “Shpargalka-cheat sheet” series contestants and their parents on July 2-4, 2020. The first meeting’s theme – how to help our students prepare for examinations – was addressed by the rector of “Alterbridge,” trainer Natia Gotsadze. He conveyed the act of sincerity and the objective view of reality to the interested listener.
Because emotion is contagious, I explained to parents how to find strength for calmness. She clearly spoke about the power of the correct engagement and how, regardless of the outcome, it is possible to win. The following meeting was devoted to a discussion on how to manage test anxiety, led by psychologist and trainer Maya Khositashvili. She spoke on about how to change fear into energy, or emotions into energy.
It was explained what creates fear and how to resist it so that it does not become an excuse for panic. The vice-rector of “Alterbridge,” psycho-consultant Mako Jaoshvili, closed the series of sessions with the topic: how to mobilize forces for the exam. She told the contestants and their parents that success breeds optimism. It was explained how to focus attention, concentrate memory, manage time and energy, and grow one’s resources in order to keep inner peace and develop one’s resources.
