Scientific Article Evaluation System
The evaluation process of scientific articles is conducted through a double anonymous peer review, meaning that both the reviewer’s and the author’s identities remain undisclosed throughout the process.
Evaluation Criteria

Relevance and Novelty of the Topic – 25 points

Evidence-Based Justification of Research – reliability, consistency, and logical reasoning of arguments; particular attention is given to the extent to which the cited scientific literature corresponds to the research question (20 points)

Validity and Reliability – assessment of the accuracy and credibility of the references and literature used in the article (15 points)

Technical Aspects of the Article – compliance with citation rules, writing style, and structural consistency (15 points)

Research Findings – extent to which the research addresses the specific field and responds to the challenges of modern science (25 points)
Scoring and Publication

The maximum possible score is 100 points.

Articles are eligible for publication only if they receive a positive evaluation, defined as a score of 51 points or higher.
