Education

• In 2022, she was awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Applied Social Psychology from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.

• In 2018, she studied at the University of Granada within the Erasmus Mundus doctoral exchange program.

• From 2015 to 2017, she completed the Master’s program in Applied Social Psychology at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.

• From 2014 to 2015, she studied in the Bachelor’s program in Psychology at Vilnius University through the Erasmus exchange program.

• From 2011 to 2015, she studied in the Bachelor’s program in Psychology at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.

Work Experience

• Since 2025, she has been serving as an Associate Professor at Alterbridge University.

• Since 2024, she has been the Regional Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at the Institute for War and Peace Reporting.

• Since 2024, she has held the position of Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Psychology, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.

• Since 2024, she has been a local researcher and evaluator for Blomeyer & Sanz.

• Since 2022, she has been a local consultant and researcher for the Council of Europe.

• From 2018 to 2024, she was an invited lecturer at the Faculty of Psychology, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.

• From 2018 to 2025, she was an invited lecturer at the Caucasus University, Faculty of Social Sciences.

• From 2018 to 2024, she worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for programs at the National Democratic Institute (NDI).

• From 2017 to 2018, she was a researcher at the Caucasus Research Resource Center (CRRC).

• From 2015 to 2017, she worked as a researcher/interviewer for various local and international research organizations.
