  • 2020: Professional retraining program in Practical Psychology at IDC Educational Center of Psychotherapy; one-year basic training course at the International Academy of Positive and Transcultural Psychotherapy – awarded the status of Psychoconsultant.

  • 1996: Conferred with a doctoral-equivalent title, Ph.D.

  • 1992: Defended Candidate Dissertation in Biochemistry.

  • 1984: Graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Biology – qualified as a Chemistry-Biology teacher.

Work Experience:

  • From 2025: Invited Lecturer at Ilia State University, teaching the course Formation of Public Opinion in the Master’s program in Public Relations.

  • 2019–present: Author and Head of the Bachelor’s program in Mass Communication and the Master’s program in Strategic Communication; Affiliated Professor; Trainer-Consultant and Mentor at the Alterbridge-based Training Center.

  • Since 2022: Head of the Research and Creative Center at Alterbridge.

  • 2019–2022: Vice-Rector of Alterbridge for Strategic Development.

  • 2020–present: Co-founder and President of the PR Association.

  • 2015–2021: Within the partnership with the University of Management in Warsaw, taught courses in Negotiation Techniques and Business Ethics Management in the Master’s program in Business Management.

  • 2012–2018: Trainer at PR Academy.

  • 2015–2018: Director of the International Education Center.

  • 2014–2017: Lecturer at various higher/professional institutions: International Black Sea University; Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA); Zurab Zhvania School of Public Administration.

  • 2014–present: Expert at the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement.

  • 2011: Founded the consulting company Seventh (Event Management & Organizational Development).

  • 2008–2012: Manager of Bowling Central and Co-founder of the Bowling Federation.
