• 2013–2016 – Studied at the Georgian Technical University and was awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Social Sciences.

• 2009–2011 – Studied at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Master’s Program in Educational Psychology; graduated with honors with a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology.

• 2008–2012 – Studied at the Faculty of Law, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Law.

• 2004–2008 – Studied at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

• 2022–present – Associate Professor, Alterbridge University

• 2017–present – Head of the Psychological Selection Division, Department of Social Affairs and Psychological Support, Ministry of Defence of Georgia

• 2011–2017 – Served in various positions at the General Staff of the Georgian Armed Forces, including Head of the Analysis and Research Division at the Department of Psychological Selection and Monitoring

• 2022–present – Head of Bachelor’s and Master’s Psychology Programs at Georgian International University (GIU)

• 2021–present – Associate Professor in the Bachelor’s Program in Psychology, European University

• 2017–2021 – Invited Lecturer and later Assistant Professor, National University of Georgia (SEU)
