Alterbridge University’s Bachelor’s program in “Business Administration and Digital Management” meets contemporary educational standards, integrating theoretical knowledge with practical experience.

The program is focused on preparing a new type of specialist who possesses integrated knowledge of both business and digital technologies.

The program is designed based on labor market demands and ensures the competitiveness of graduates both locally and internationally. Upon completion, graduates can pursue employment in the public, private, or non-governmental sectors in specialist and mid-level management positions, or successfully launch and manage their own business.

Qualification to be Awarded: Bachelor of Business Administration

Language of Instruction: Georgian

Program Head: Giorgi Kepuladze – Associate Professor, Doctor of Economics

Program Volume: 180 ECTS

Tuition Fee: 4,900 GEL for Georgian citizens

Admission Prerequisites

The right to enroll in the Bachelor’s Educational Program in Business Administration and Digital Management is granted to citizens of Georgia who hold a full general education certificate, based on the results of the Unified National Examinations.

Program Objectives

The objective of the Bachelor’s program is to prepare a competitive specialist who masters the core areas of business administration — management, finance, accounting, and marketing — while also understanding the principles and technologies of digital management. Graduates will be able to comprehend contemporary business models and apply them effectively in the context of digital transformation, both locally and in international environments.

The program develops managerial and digital management skills, enabling graduates to analyze business processes based on data, utilize modern digital tools, make well-reasoned decisions, and plan strategic development. Additionally, the program fosters critical and creative thinking, professional ethics, and a sense of responsibility. It also prepares students for continued studies at the Master’s level.

Learning Outcomes and Competencies

Upon completion of the Bachelor’s Program in Business Administration and Digital Management, graduates will:
Understand contemporary business concepts, trends, and the impact of digital transformation on business.
Learn to analyze the business environment based on data and develop practical recommendations for organizational improvement.

Evaluate the opportunities and challenges of applying digital technologies and modern business models. Acquire practical skills in resource management, leadership, and teamwork. Implement practical and research projects using modern technologies. Be able to clearly present ideas and communicate effectively on problem-solving, both with specialists and broader audiences. Act in accordance with professional and ethical standards and take responsibility for decisions made. Recognize their own development needs and be prepared to continue learning and professional growth.
