Applications open for the Internship program: a three-month paid internship competition will be announced for public institutions and legal entities of public or private law within their system.

Application Deadlines and Platform

• Dates: September 1–10, 2025

• Platform: www.hr.gov.ge

A Georgian citizen who meets the following requirements may apply:

• Is legally competent

• Has knowledge of the state language

• Is currently studying for a bachelor’s degree (including final-year students), or a master’s degree, or has completed either level during the spring semester of the 2024–2025 academic year.

Selection Criteria

• The applicant’s academic performance (grading system: 71–100 points and/or GPA: 2.7–4.0) will serve as the primary selection criterion.

• Each institution, depending on its structure and specifics, may also determine additional qualification requirements for interns.

Competition Stages

1. Application screening

2. Interview – Evaluated by a commission formed by the head of the respective public institution.

Internship Period

• October 1 – December 31, 2025

Internship Recognition

• In public institutions where work is considered public service, the internship will count toward public service experience.

• In legal entities of public or private law within public institutions, the internship will count toward general work experience.

From September 1 to 10, visit www.hr.gov.ge, select your preferred institutions/vacancies, and submit your application according to the platform’s instructions.
