Alterbridge employees have completed a certified course on the prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace.

The training was conducted on the initiative of UN Women and was attended by representatives of the private sector.

As part of the interactive training sessions led by an expert from UN Women, participants gained knowledge about workplace sexual harassment, including its identification, prevention, and the development of reporting and response mechanisms.

Based on the knowledge acquired during the training course, Alterbridge has developed a mechanism for the prevention of and response to sexual harassment.

Alterbridge continues to promote a safe working environment by implementing effective mechanisms for the prevention of and response to sexual harassment.
